Unions and the Auto Industry.
Every year Unions with clout would go on strike. One year just before the brand new cars came out, when excitement was high, the Truckers Union refused to deliver them to the dealers until they got more money and benefits. They got everything they wanted and other Unions lined up behind them. The time delay hurt hundreds of thousands of businesses.
It doesn't surprise me that they're operating in the red when car sales are down. Foreign cars don't have the accumulated years wage, benefits and retirement back pay that the Big 3 have been straddled with. So I don't see how they’ll get out of this mess with any kind of Bail Out or Loan, with Union Monkeys on their back.
Maybe if they do file Bankruptcy, they could renegotiate those wage and retirement packages, including their CEO’s, to be more in line with today’s economy. Otherwise the workers may lose it all.
After witnessing Union techniques similar to the Mafia who founded them; fear, manipulation and crisis, it’s possible that Union Lobbyists are the force behind the Bailouts. Another good example is California’s overbloated State Workers Unions, who’ve become the real power behind Government.
I may not be as well off as others, but I chose early in life never to serve a Union because I couldn't stomach the fact that people could get a raise walking out of their jobs with threats. We have State and Federal Labor laws to protect workers.
Unions don't seem to allow the flexibility for the ebb and flow of economies and it may be overtime to get rid of them or at least lessen their grip, especially politically. It's not surprising it's all come to a head.

Bush Didn't Sell His Soul For Politics
"I would like to be a person remembered as a person who, first and foremost, did not sell his soul in order to accommodate the political process," Bush told his sister. "I came to Washington with a set of values, and I'm leaving with the same set of values. And I darn sure wasn't going to sacrifice those values; that I was a President that had to make tough choices and was willing to make them."
Bush wants to be remembered for liberating Iraqis from dictatorship and for advancing health care at home and abroad. He also said he wanted to be known for being a president that "focused on individuals rather than process; that rallied people to serve their neighbor," and that he "came to Washington, D.C., with a set of political statements and worked as hard as I possibly could to do what I told the American people I would do."

Responsibility in Sexual Hookups
Yes, we've come a long way in our tolerant thinking of choosing great leaders. But the good news about this story is that Rep. Sanchez has decided not to have her baby hacked to pieces or burned alive with a saline solution in the politically correct name of abortion, just to keep her career. Although women do need to wise up and men need to act responsibly.
There was an old saying men are probably still using; "Why buy the cow, when you can have the milk for free?" All the Feminist Movement has done for women is give men free call girl services for the price of a meal or less. Even former Governor Spitzer Elliot's call girl said prostitution was like hooking up during a date, but getting your rent paid.
Biologically, emotionally and financially, women share a much greater burden in sexual hookups, and that's why marriage contracts were created. The majority of todays poor are single mothers and their fatherless children.
Women get smart, you can't buy a property without a contract, how much more is your body and life worth than a piece of land? If your guy won't make a legal and spiritual commitment to God that he'll take care of his family BEFORE planting his seeds, he's a squatter who doesn't have you or your childrens future at heart.
To become a strong America, we need women to realize their value and go back to saying "NO" to a man's selfish advances. And men need to honor God above their sexual desires, by honoring God's life bearing creation, the Female and the fruit of her womb, her children.

No Bailout
Mr. Chairman, I believe that our economy faces a bleak future, particularly if the latest $700 billion bailout plan ends up passing. We risk committing the same errors that prolonged the misery of the Great Depression, namely keeping prices from falling. Instead of allowing overvalued financial assets to take a hit and trade on the market at a more realistic value, the government seeks to purchase overvalued or worthless assets and hold them in the unrealistic hope that at some point in the next few decades, someone might be willing to purchase them.
One of the perverse effects of this bailout proposal is that the worst-performing firms, and those who interjected themselves most deeply into mortgage-backed securities, credit default swaps, and special investment vehicles will be those who benefit the most from this bailout. As with the bailout of airlines in the aftermath of 9/11, those businesses who were the least efficient, least productive, and least concerned with serving consumers are those who will be rewarded for their mismanagement with a government handout, rather than the failure of their company that is proper to the market. This creates a dangerous moral hazard, as the precedent of bailing out reckless lending will lead to even more reckless lending and irresponsible behavior on the part of financial firms in the future.
This bailout is a slipshod proposal, slapped together haphazardly and forced on an unwilling Congress with the threat that not passing it will lead to the collapse of the financial system. Some of the proposed alternatives are no better, for instance those which propose a government equity share in bailed-out companies. That we have come to a point where outright purchases of private sector companies is not only proposed but accepted by many who claim to be defenders of free markets bodes ill for the future of American society.
As with many other government proposals, the opportunity cost of this bailout goes unmentioned. $700 billion tied up in illiquid assets is $700 billion that is not put to productive use. That amount of money in the private sector could be used to research new technologies, start small business that create thousands of jobs, or upgrade vital infrastructure. Instead, that money will be siphoned off into unproductive assets which may burden the government for years to come. The great French economist Frederic Bastiat is famous for explaining the difference between what is seen and what is unseen. In this case the bailout's proponents see the alleged benefits, while they fail to see the jobs, businesses, and technologies not created due to this utter waste of money.
The housing bubble has burst, unemployment is on the rise, and the dollar weakens every day. Unfortunately our leaders have failed to learn from the mistakes of previous generations and continue to lead us down the road toward economic ruin.

Black Monday 9/15/08
Then this evening I listened in on the Michael Savage Show talking about today being a new Black Monday and few are paying attention as We The People are losing the economy. We're bombarded with junk news while going through a financial Tsunami from 9/11 to 9/15. In 2004 investment bankers were allowed to pull out all the stops with very little regulation and plunder the hard working American people through bad loans.
His question is who is responsible and shouldn’t they be punished?

It's very informative, causing us to think deeper. We are in dire times. Alan Greenspan the man who's been holding our economy together for many years, said "U.S. in 'once-in-a-century' financial crisis". The last century was the Great Depression.
For those of us who know God, we can certainly understand Him pulling away His hand of blessings, as our Nation as a whole has told Him to stay out of our public affairs. I suppose now that we've lost much and are ruled by tyrannical laws, we'll cry out to God like the backslidden people of Israel in the Bible, and that is a bright light in this Black cloud, because God always sent deliverance.
Then the NY Post reported a piece of good news, that many NY Democratic women are throwing their vote to John McCain. As a woman, if I were a Democrat I would also heed Senator Obama's arrogance to spare him the phony outrage along with my vote. The unapologetic perceived offending lipstick comment cost him more than he realizes.
And I'm so glad Democratic women are looking at the Palin Family and seeing their success with quality careers and they get to keep their many children too.
For women it's even more important that we fight to keep America's Christian heritage and fight for the life of our children, born or pre-born. Because the Bible says God hears the blood crying from the land, as He told Cain when he killed his innocent brother Abel.
And if we as women and the men who love us, don't turn around but continue to rebuke God and His laws we will not have anymore laws to protect us. Just as America's mother nation, Great Britain, is now allowing Sharia Law Courts, which have the legal right to punish women for extreme offenses such as being alone in the company of an unrelated male.
It looks like this may be the deciding year that women will have a real Choice in how we're going to clean up our act. If we don’t choose pro-life and family leaders, there may be a time really soon that we'll be forced to, and there will be no more talk of Abortion or Homosexuality which Sharia Law doesn’t permit.

Lipstick on a Pig
Senator Obama has immediately shifted the blame to the McCain team, saying "spare me the phony outrage", adding fuel to the fire. Many women have faced years of discrimination and abuse in all areas of life, even more so than racial prejudice. Intimidation, emotional, physical, and financial abuse is rampant and thousands of American women still die at the hands of men every year. Single mothers still make up the bulk of families in poverty.
Sarah Palin represents a new era for women, the same as Barack Obama represents a new era for the African American people and minority races. Both these issues have been very sensitive because they’re new for us and hidden wounds have been coming to the surface.
These blowouts are probably what our nation needs to deal with the root issues of our problems which has been our lack of understanding and respect for one another. A house divided cannot stand, no matter what great ideas either party comes up with, the other party will do it’s best to sabotage them as we can see in our governments stalemate year after year.
This is Obama’s first test in Presidential diplomacy and he hasn’t handled it well. An apology for a perceived offense would have been so easy. But pride comes before a fall, and already he’s sliding in the polls and a lot of the slide is female votes. Let’s hope the McCain/Palin Team will learn from Gov. Huckabee to keep politics vertical and build bridges to unite Americans.

I’m not running for president because I think I’m blessed with such personal greatness that history has anointed me to save our country in its hour of need. My country saved me. My country saved me, and I cannot forget it. And I will fight for her for as long as I draw breath, so help me God.
If you find faults with our country, make it a better one. If you’re disappointed with the mistakes of government, join its ranks and work to correct them. Enlist in our Armed Forces. Become a teacher. Enter the ministry. Run for public office. Feed a hungry child. Teach an illiterate adult to read. Comfort the afflicted. Defend the rights of the oppressed. Our country will be the better, and you will be the happier. Because nothing brings greater happiness in life than to serve a cause greater than yourself.

The Republican National Convention
I was deeply moved by the story of Senator McCain as a true American Hero and all he went through. After being so grieved listening to John Kerry's testimonies about our men being killers and cowards.
Today we got to hear about a Vietnam hero, bringing long overdue honor to all those who served, suffered and died there.
The whole theme of "Service, putting others first" was amazing, there has never been a Convention quite like this one and should shift the country to do what's right, that Mike Huckabee has been speaking out on from the beginning.
It seems like God keeps bringing out all sorts of truths for old wounds to be healed in our Nation. Mike Huckabee's time will come, it just isn't yet as President. It may be that where our country is headed we need a strong military leader who won't back down, nomatter what the personal cost.
Now I see why the Gov. shows such great respect for incoming President John McCain. Listening to the stories told by Fred Thompson and the others has really humbled me.
God bless Senator McCain and all who serve our country. God bless America!

It Ought To Be About Life

The Democrats are beginning to arrive in Denver for the coronation, er uh, NOMINATION, of Barak Obama. In the past few weeks, some of the shine and glitter has begun to disappear as he stumbled badly trying to escape his own record on fundamental issues like the sanctity of life. His non-answer to Rick Warren in the Saddleback Forum was more revealing for what he didn’t say than what he said. He did what many far left liberals do when it comes time to discuss the life issue—he changed the topic. He said that answers to such questions either scientifically or theologically were “above his pay grade.”
Mr. Obama, most people earning far below YOUR pay grade know enough science to realize that when 23 chromosomes from a female and 23 from a male unite in the moment of conception, a life containing 46 unique chromosomes is created. For all the talk from liberals as to how they follow science and therefore end up with their positions on global warming and evolution, they seem to claim utter ignorance of one of science’s irrefutable facts---what kind of life is created at conception.
Here’s the clear “science:”
When the male sperm and female egg join, a new and unique life form is created. At conception. Not at birth or viability, or when a lawyer says so. At conception this happens. John McCain got it right; Obama pled less scientific knowledge than a 5th grader.
This life is either human or something else. Science irrefutably would declare that the life which is starting from that moment is human. It’s not a stalk of broccoli, it’s not a parrot, squirrel, or dolphin. It will never become a tree—it can only become a human. It has the entire DNA schedule that it will have for the rest of its life right then. In days it will begin to take on increasingly observable human characteristics and form, but at conception, it is biologically human.
If this life is human, then the only issue left is whether this human life falls under the notion that it has a fundamental right of existence or not. If not, it is because we as a culture have decided that some human lives are simply not worth living. If we can decide that about an innocent and unborn baby, we can also decide it on the basis of less absolute criteria than that. If we make that choice (and this is all about “CHOICE,” isn’t it?) then someone may decide that a terminally ill person is not a life worth living. Maybe a severely disabled child is a life not worth living; what about a person with a limited IQ? Say that’s absurd—that an educated and enlightened society would never be so audacious as to begin to terminate life based on such arbitrary excuses? Maybe you haven’t studied Nazi Germany, in which the murder of six million Jews was justified because of their religion and millions of others were murdered because of their politics. Germany was not a primitive, superstitious culture. It was one filled with the intelligentsia and enlightened.
This is an important issue. It’s why we can’t trust Obama with America’s future because he’s not even sure which Americans are worth saving and which ones aren’t. And it’s why that for many of us, McCain’s selection of a running mate really does matter. Because John McCain clearly is pro life, I will support and vote for him because Obama is not an option for me as a pro life person. I will be disappointed if McCain doesn’t pick a true pro life person and realize that should that happen, he will lose many of the very people who supported me. I cannot expect all of you to vote for McCain if he chooses someone whose record isn’t pro life. It will be a less than perfect decision for all of us---our only real choices are McCain and Obama; one will protect life and one won’t. Some will argue for a 3rd party candidate and I respect that, but in political realities, that is essentially a vote for Obama and I can’t go there.
I want lower taxes, less government, more local control, less spending, greater accountability for tax dollars, a strong national defense, and less government regulation. But above all, I want a government who respects life—mine, yours, and that of people I don’t know and even those I don’t like. A government that decides that an unborn baby isn’t worth anything may one day decide that about me. Or you.
This election shouldn't be about taxes. It ought to be about life.

Why Africa Matters
September 11 changed the lives of every American, in ways that none of us could have imagined. As we all tried to cope with the terrible tragedy that took place on that day, we began to realize that our world had changed forever and the war on terror has been ongoing since. This battle has taken us to countries all over the world, from Afghanistan to Iraq to the mountainous regions of Pakistan to Yemen to the remote islands of the Philippines and many other places. It's become clear to all of us that we are in a long-term struggle and that our very survival depends on winning.
As a doctor and a Senator I have had an opportunity that few people ever have - to see how helping the poorest and most needy third world countries can actually help us win the global war on terror. Nowhere is this more evident than it is in Africa.
Africa is home to many of the world's poorest countries -- states in crisis-- and it is in these countries and regions that we find Al Qaeda and other equally dangerous groups sending representatives to recruit and train. We must get ahead of this deadly growing web of evil by standing firm in Africa.
Former Secretary of State Colin Powell recognized this when he said "The United States cannot win the war on terrorism unless we confront the social and political roots of poverty." He is right. In Africa, it is into regions wracked by drought, extreme poverty and crippling diseases that we have seen the spreading influence of Al Qaeda. In places like Sudan, Somalia and Eritrea.
We can stop them and it can be done with the help of the healing hands of doctors and nurses.
Since 1998 I have made annual medical mission trips to Africa and have seen first hand how the efforts of the United States government and the American people can and do make a difference.
In the past, American foreign aid was distributed without any consideration for how it would be used. As a result the United States wasted much of the foreign aid we gave to Africa. That has changed. In 2003, when I was the Majority Leader of the United States Senate, we passed a bill creating the Millennium Challenge Corporation. The purpose of MCC is to help the United States reduce global poverty through economic growth. MCC represents a fundamentally different way of giving American development aid to the world's most deserving nations. Providing accountability and generating real results on the ground in these countries is critical. We focus on simple but crucial efforts like providing mosquito netting to prevent the spread of malaria and empowering volunteer groups to deliver the aid and life-saving resources directly.
I have said many times people don't go to war with someone who has just saved the life of their child. That is an important thing for all of us to remember.
That is why when I speak to my former colleagues in Washington, I urge them to look ahead and see Africa for what it can be with our help: developing prosperous nations and friends of America.
This past weekend, Mike Huckabee joined me, Senator Daschle, Cindy McCain and a number of other individuals in Africa to learn more about the good work that is being done there by American charities such as Samaritan's Purse, our doctors and nurses and the American taxpayers who have poured billions of dollars into programs to combat the spread of HIV/Aids. I was very pleased that Mike was able to be a part of this leadership team. We need more American leaders to recognize the importance of our work in Africa on a humanitarian level and a national security level. Mike understands that.
During our trip he suggested I blog about this very issue as part of his Vertical Day forum, with the hope that the participants, candidates and individuals, would come to see why Africa matters.

The FairTax
We are rapidly coming to the point when people will be telling stories about what a great and powerful nation the United States of America used to be. The cost we are asking our citizens to endure makes us less than competitive in a global economy. We have a tax law with nearly 70,000 pages of law and regulations. Our tax on capital is crippling. Our tax on income for the highest earners takes half of what we earn. All of these costs, as well as the cost of complying with a code that no one understands, become embedded in the cost of our goods and services pricing us out of global markets. This is very well understood overseas. In a recent visit to Ireland, Neal Boortz, the co-author of two books on the FairTax, was told by an Irish gentleman that the Irish are scared to death that we will go to the FairTax. He explained that their economic “miracle” came as a direct result of our crushing taxes on capital and labor. Very simply, American companies relocated to Ireland because their tax code was much friendlier to business.
Since 1998 I have advocated for the FairTax. A simple bill--in fact, a mere 132 pages long--that will abolish all Federal income taxes, including personal, estate, gift, capital gains, alternative minimum, corporate, payroll, and self-employment taxes, and replace them with one simple, visible, personal consumption tax. The FairTax taxes what we take out of society rather than what we put into it.
Every household will get cash distribution at the beginning of each month that will be based on the size of the household and will allow that household to buy its essentials untaxed. Beyond that we are all voluntary taxpayers paying taxes when we choose as much as we choose by how we choose to spend.
Our nation has coped with this tax code for 95 years and it has failed. Our tax code has driven $2 trillion into the underground economy costing us about $50 billion in tax collections. Our tax code has driven $12 trillion into offshore financial centers that should be parked in our markets and banks. We are spending between $400 and $500 billion each year just complying with the code. That is like paying for a dead horse. We get nothing for that expenditure but a headache.
Getting rid of the IRS fixes everything. Keeping it in place and nibbling around the edges of the current system fixes nothing. As former Secretary of the Treasury told me, “You have just proposed the largest magnet for capital and jobs in history.” Why wouldn’t we want the United States to be the outsource destination for jobs? Why wouldn’t we want our nation to be the world’s safest and most stable tax haven? The FairTax will give us these results as well as create an environment that will expand freedom.

But with all the bad news, we do have some good, and even though many Californians are resistant to speak up against homosexual marriage, the Sacramento Bee Newspaper reported, “McCain backs initiative barring gay marriage in California”. And you can’t help but have a sense of admiration for this man in having the courage to take an unpopular Media stand on such a hot topic that even our Republican Governor Arnold has completely flip flopped on. So yes, I agree we must take a stand on this issue. And which of these countries is everyone trying to live in. So before we get rid of the Bible, why don't we visit countries that already have and see if we'd like to live there, before we become like them.

I was a Democrat when I first became a Christian....
Well when you ask God a question, be prepared for an answer. I heard a stern voice rumble through my very being that asked, "Who are you to be their judge, jury and executioner?".
It shook me up badly, because I knew that was right and it had to be God. So from that day forward I began to research those who made and kept Laws allowing the death of babies and those who did not.
To my surprise, almost all of the Democratic choices were basing their Election victories on the right to kill children.....
Now I had to see it for what is was and I have learned that the Pastor was right. When we vote for leaders who have the power to keep this death machine going, we become accessories to murder, and will be held accountable along with them when each one of us faces our Maker.
And in this natural life, the Laws of Nature and of God, are always that we reap what we sow. It's no wonder, that our society, is so filled with sickness, disease and broken families. And no matter how much we pray, it won't help us, until we stop the killing, because our hands are full of innocent blood.
Choose LIFE so that you and your children will live. Deut. VOTE FOR LIFE!!!

Military Suicides
Of course the Media, is trying to link it with the horrors of war, but many young people today are raised fatherless, abandoned, broken homes, violence, rape, molestation, addictions, gangs, life for our young can be war zone. Even those from more affluent lifestyles, are living in psychological warfare with all the negative messages imposed on them through media and peer pressure.
Up until forty years ago, Christianity taught people that suicide and murder were major sins, which would cost a soul their salvation landing them an eternity in Hell. Whether that’s true or not, only God can read the real motives of a person’s heart and is worthy to judge on Salvation. But this believe certainly made life a precious commodity and kept suicide and murder rates very low.
Since then, our youth have been mentally bombarded to forsake God, and accept the belief that their ancestors were apes. And when they die they’ll evaporate, or come back as dogs or worse yet, fleas. So, with a twisted idea of a god or no god, they have been taught that they don’t need to be accountable to anyone for anything, which has been shown them through the ruthless slaughter of their siblings and peers.
In addition with the precept of believing the falsehood, “Love is never having to say you’re sorry” (Yeah right, try that one on family or friends!), many who profess Christianity today have the notion that they can sin all they want, and the blood of Jesus shed for them, will continuously cleanse them.
But having to carry around the heaviness of the guilt of their actions, not knowing how to be set free, the Church has been grossly remiss in telling people that all they have to do is ask for forgiveness and Jesus to come into one’s heart without on going discipleship.
We can see that these same lives have not given up on the sin human souls crave. There is no salvation without repentance and that can only be measured by a transformed life, otherwise to keep on honoring the sin is still denying the Lord.
For the person, believing he or she is saved, but not seeing it in their life, would be sure to cause them extreme anxiety and depression. In essence, Christians who say Jesus is Lord, but still feel that their own blood is the only way to peace, not accepting the Blood of Jesus, the atoning Lamb, really don’t understand the message of salvation at all.
The other unfortunate part of suicide is squandering the very gifts that the Lord has planted in each human being to fulfill our destinies and calling to build His Kingdom.
On the issue of casualties of war, every year American cities and communities lose tens of thousands of lives, again mostly young men, in targeted murders. Often we call these gang wars, but more often innocent people die, and terrorism involving our own young men (and illegals) trained in our Tax funded Prison systems, armed with drug money has created an internal unnamed war throughout our Nation that we have been blind to see. Every year the losses here in the US in murders and suicide are much higher than the losses we reap in the targeted wars of Iraq and Afghanistan. But it’s only discussed in a whisper and as acceptable as traffic accidents. With no government entity bringing in a solution.
The best thing that's happened today, is the advent of the Internet, where ordinary people can share truths that Syndicated Media has controlled for so many years. For those of you posting information, keep it up. The American people finally have a voice and the opportunity to share truth, without it being censored and Jesus said “the Truth would set us free”.

Thank you for this article. Ever since I heard the news about Senator Ted Kennedy's brain tumor, I have been struggling with anger towards him and all the memories of 1969 came flooding back, like it happened yesterday.
With so many people coming out and saying what a great man and leader TK was, my anger only worsened.

IMPORTANT VICTORY FOR MESSIANIC BELIEVERS In a landmark decision today, the Supreme Court of Israel ratified a settlement between twelve Messianic Jewish believers and the State of Israel, which states that being a Messianic Jew does not prevent one from receiving citizenship in Israel under the Law of Return or the Law of Citizenship, if one is a descendent of Jews on one's father's side (and thus not Jewish according to halacha). This Supreme Court decision brought an end to a legal battle that has carried on for two and a half years. The applicants were represented by Yuval Grayevsky and Calev Myers from the offices of Yehuda Raveh & Co., and their legal costs were subsidized by the Jerusalem Institute of Justice. All twelve of the applicants were denied citizenship solely based on grounds that they belong to the Messianic Jewish community. Most of them received letters stating that they would not receive citizenship because they "commit missionary activity". One of the applicants was told by a clerk at the Ministry of Interior that because she "committed missionary activity", she is "acting against the interests of the State of Israel and against the Jewish people". These allegations are not only untrue, but they also do not constitute legal grounds to deny one's right to immigrate to Israel. This important victory paves the way for persons who have Jewish ancestry on their father's side to immigrate to Israel freely, whether or not they belong to the Messianic Jewish community. This is yet another battle won in our war to establish equality in Israel for the Messianic Jewish community just like every other legitimate stream of faith within the Jewish world. "The Call" Jerusalem 2008
A solemn assembly based on Joel 2, The Call was started in the United States in 2000. Since then several conferences have taken place across the US and the world.
But this was the first time the event was held in Israel, and it came at a significant time in the country's history, coinciding with the 60th anniversary of the modern Jewish state.
Lou Engle, who is the visionary and co-founder of The Call, said he once had a casual attitude toward Jerusalem, but during his time here, his perspective shifted. "We're not coming for a tour. We're coming to the very throne," said Engle.
Engle and his group couldn't have come at a better time. Just 48 hours later, in the very place where thousands of believers had just worshipped and God's Spirit to descend on Israel, the "kings of the world" assembled for Shimon Peres' "Presidents' Conference" to determine Israel's place in the new world order they envision.
The Call and the prominent participation of Israeli Messianics in the event will be covered in greater detail in the June 2008 issue of Israel Today.

Letter to Gov. Mike Huckabee
This week marks a major historical breakthrough in exposing the greatest human tragedy in our nation. The video in the article below made me cry at the huge loss we have endured. Even though I have known these things and have spent many years informing people about the value of each human life as you Sir, have also. I am more than grateful it’s finally being exposed.
Collectively, we as Americans are all guilty and should know better than to cut up or burn alive human beings in the safety of a womb or anywhere else. Only insane or unintelligent animals kill their young.
I have talked to many, even Christians, who believe its right to kill an unwanted child, especially those conceived out of rape or incest. But the Bible says, a child should not die for his fathers sins. 2Kings 14:6, 2Chron 25:4, Ezek 18:20
We have allowed the teaching that the most important thing in life is to be sexually attractive and have money to pay for our pleasures. If anyone gets in the way (baby), get rid of them.
Every child is a wanted child. Killing almost 50 million has forced childless Americans to adopt outside the US. It's brought undocumented foreigners to work our jobs and send money to their foreign relatives. Our people who weren’t allowed to be born, would have been doing these same jobs while contributing into our Tax and Social Security system.
Now, after 41 years of legal Abortion (some States began in 1967), there isn’t enough money for many of us to retire in our old age. Most likely the future plans for Population Control activists are already written to program the American people in accepting the wholesale slaughter of our Elderly through Euthanasia, particularly in Minorities. This was what Hitler did.
We the people of the United States of America, need to STOP the AGE discrimination no matter what race. This starts with each one of us to make a difference by keeping the horror of Abortion, tampering with Human Embryos, and Euthanasia on the forefront.
God cannot bless America, while the Blood of the Innocent cries from the ground as did Abel's, when his brother Cain killed him and the land was cursed. Gen. 4:10-11.
Jesus said we would know a person by the results of their work (fruit). Your continuous voice for our tiny citizens and their families throughout your campaign, along with your courage and ability to pass a Right to Life Amendment in the State of Arkansas marks you as a true Hero and a champion, defending the innocent and weak. This week one of the strongest friends of the United States celebrates its 60th birthday. Over the past 25 years I have traveled to Israel nine times and watched this nation and it's people grow. Israelis should enjoy this celebration of their nation’s independence. In recent years, no nation has faced more obstacles, or had to deal with more hardships than the State of Israel. The fact that Israel and its people have not only persevered, but also prospered, speaks loudly about the character and courage of Israel. The world should join in the celebration with great pride in the accomplishments of the people of Israel. Let us all pray that peace will come to this region of the world, and that Israel and its people will continue to prosper now and in the future.

I was surprised in the West to see so many young boys and girls given to drugs. And I tried to find out why. Why is it like that, when those in the West have so many more things than those in the East? And the answer was: "Because there is no one in the family to receive them." Our children depend on us for everything - their health, their nutrition, their security, their coming to know and love God. For all of this, they look to us with trust, hope and expectation. But often father and mother are so busy they have no time for their children, or perhaps they are not even married or have given up on their marriage. So the children go to the streets and get involved in drugs or other things. We are talking of love of the child which is where love and peace must begin. These are the things that break peace.
But I feel that the greatest destroyer of peace today is abortion, because it is a war against the child, a direct killing of the innocent child, murder by the mother herself.
And if we accept that a mother can kill even her own child, how can we tell other people not to kill one another? How do we persuade a woman not to have an abortion? As always, we must persuade her with love and we remind ourselves that love means to be willing to give until it hurts. Jesus gave even His life to love us. So, the mother who is thinking of abortion, should be helped to love, that is, to give until it hurts her plans, or her free time, to respect the life of her child. The father of that child, whoever he is, must also give until it hurts.
By abortion, the mother does not learn to love, but kills even her own child to solve her problems.
And, by abortion, the father is told that he does not have to take any responsibility at all for the child he has brought into the world. That father is likely to put other women into the same trouble. So abortion just leads to more abortion.
Any country that accepts abortion is not teaching its people to love, but to use any violence to get what they want. This is why the greatest destroyer of love and peace is abortion.
Many people are very, very concerned with the children of India, with the children of Africa where quite a few die of hunger, and so on. Many people are also concerned about all the violence in this great country of the United States. These concerns are very good. But often these same people are not concerned with the millions who are being killed by the deliberate decision of their own mothers. And this is what is the greatest destroyer of peace today - abortion which brings people to such blindness.
And for this I appeal in India and I appeal everywhere - "Let us bring the child back." The child is God's gift to the family. Each child is created in the special image and likeness of God for greater things - to love and to be loved. In this year of the family we must bring the child back to the center of our care and concern. This is the only way that our world can survive because our children are the only hope for the future. As older people are called to God, only their children can take their places.
But what does God say to us? He says: "Even if a mother could forget her child, I will not forget you. I have carved you in the palm of my hand." We are carved in the palm of His hand; that unborn child has been carved in the hand of God from conception and is called by God to love and to be loved, not only now in this life, but forever. God can never forget us.
I will tell you something beautiful. We are fighting abortion by adoption - by care of the mother and adoption for her baby. We have saved thousands of lives. We have sent word to the clinics, to the hospitals and police stations: "Please don't destroy the child; we will take the child." So we always have someone tell the mothers in trouble: "Come, we will take care of you, we will get a home for your child." And we have a tremendous demand from couples who cannot have a child - but I never give a child to a couple who have done something not to have a child. Jesus said. "Anyone who receives a child in my name, receives me." By adopting a child, these couples receive Jesus but, by aborting a child, a couple refuses to receive Jesus.
Please don't kill the child. I want the child. Please give me the child. I am willing to accept any child who would be aborted and to give that child to a married couple who will love the child and be loved by the child.
From our children's home in Calcutta alone, we have saved over 3000 children from abortion. These children have brought such love and joy to their adopting parents and have grown up so full of love and joy.
I know that couples have to plan their family and for that there is natural family planning.
The way to plan the family is natural family planning, not contraception.
In destroying the power of giving life, through contraception, a husband or wife is doing something to self. This turns the attention to self and so it destroys the gift of love in him or her. In loving, the husband and wife must turn the attention to each other as happens in natural family planning, and not to self, as happens in contraception. Once that living love is destroyed by contraception, abortion follows very easily.
I also know that there are great problems in the world - that many spouses do not love each other enough to practice natural family planning. We cannot solve all the problems in the world, but let us never bring in the worst problem of all, and that is to destroy love. And this is what happens when we tell people to practice contraception and abortion.
The poor are very great people. They can teach us so many beautiful things. Once one of them came to thank us for teaching her natural family planning and said: "You people who have practiced chastity, you are the best people to teach us natural family planning because it is nothing more than self-control out of love for each other." And what this poor person said is very true. These poor people maybe have nothing to eat, maybe they have not a home to live in, but they can still be great people when they are spiritually rich.
When I pick up a person from the street, hungry, I give him a plate of rice, a piece of bread. But a person who is shut out, who feels unwanted, unloved, terrified, the person who has been thrown out of society - that spiritual poverty is much harder to overcome. And abortion, which often follows from contraception, brings a people to be spiritually poor, and that is the worst poverty and the most difficult to overcome. (Read More)

The Bill of Rights
Amendment 1 - Freedom of Religion, Press, 2/15/1791. Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
Amendment 2 - Right to Bear Arms. 12/15/1791. A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.
Amendment 3 - Quartering of Soldiers. 12/15/1791. No Soldier shall, in time of peace be quartered in any house, without the consent of the Owner, nor in time of war, but in a manner to be prescribed by law.
Amendment 4 - Search and Seizure. 12/15/1791. The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
Amendment 5 - Trial and Punishment, Compensation for Takings. 12/15/1791. No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeapardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.
Amendment 6 - Right to Speedy Trial, Confrontation of Witnesses. 12/15/1791. In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defence.
Amendment 7 - Trial by Jury in Civil Cases. 12/15/1791. In Suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury, shall be otherwise re-examined in any Court of the United States, than according to the rules of the common law.
Amendment 8 - Cruel and Unusual Punishment. 12/15/1791. Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.
Amendment 9 - Construction of Constitution. 12/15/1791. The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.
Amendment 10 - Powers of the States and People. 12/15/1791. The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.
